PRE-BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ototo is excited to welcome you and your guests to dine with us in the Underground. To secure your reservation with us, please familiarise yourself with our booking and cancellation policies.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours’ notice of the reservation time will result in a cancellation fee of $50 per person. Guests can reschedule their reservation once within the 24 hours cancellation period before this charge is incurred. This fee is compliant with industry standards and ACCC guidelines. If Ototo is responsible for cancelling your booking, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this fee will be waived. This cancellation reflects the cost of seasonal ingredients, drink, and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty table.
CHANGING BOOKING
Should you need to cancel your reservation, or reduce guest numbers, we require 24 hours notice, or you will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person. To change or amend your reservation please direct message us via your confirmation text or email us directly at booking@ototo.com.au. Calling the restaurant directly may not guarantee a change to your booking.
LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS
For groups 6 or above, all guests are required to order one of our 'Feed Me Menus'. For bookings, above 10 guests, please send us an enquiry or give us a call to book your table.
SEATING DURATION
All Ototo bookings under 4 guests are for a 1.5-hour duration and 2-hours for above 4 guests. This period will begin from the time of your booking. We allow a 15 minute grace period before canceling your booking.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the venue, this includes cakes. However, our Chefs can arrange a pre-ordered cake upon request – please inquire with us directly.
