Ototo is excited to welcome you and your guests to dine with us in the Underground. To secure your reservation with us, please familiarise yourself with our booking and cancellation policies.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours’ notice of the reservation time will result in a cancellation fee of $50 per person. Guests can reschedule their reservation once within the 24 hours cancellation period before this charge is incurred. This fee is compliant with industry standards and ACCC guidelines. If Ototo is responsible for cancelling your booking, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this fee will be waived. This cancellation reflects the cost of seasonal ingredients, drink, and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty table.

CHANGING BOOKING

Should you need to cancel your reservation, or reduce guest numbers, we require 24 hours notice, or you will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person. To change or amend your reservation please direct message us via your confirmation text or email us directly at booking@ototo.com.au. Calling the restaurant directly may not guarantee a change to your booking.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS

For groups 6 or above, all guests are required to order the $68pp Chefs Feed Me menu. Maximum size bookings up to 10 guests.

SEATING DURATION

All Ototo bookings 4 or less guests are for a 1.5-hour duration and 2-hours for above 4 guests. This period will begin from the time of your booking. We allow a 15 minute grace period before canceling your booking.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK

We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the venue, this includes cakes. However, our Chefs can arrange a pre-ordered cake upon request – please inquire with us directly.

Birthdays: Unfortunately we do not allow outside cakes or desserts to be served in the restaurant. Upon request, Ototo can however prepare complimentary candles or birthday writing on any menu dessert.

KITCHEN CLOSE TIME

Please be aware that the kitchen closes at 10pm and no food will be able to be ordered after this time, however no need to worry as our bar remains open until close.

WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGES

Please note Sunday bookings are subject to a 10% surcharge and Public Holidays are subject to a 15% surcharge. Akaiito accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. All credit cards incur a 1.05% surcharge.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid until their stated expiry date. The total amount stated on this gift voucher is to be subtracted from the final bill price of your dining experience with us.

If a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.
